    Very easy to read and follow the logic of this book. I have read and tried many diets. This book is simply stating the basics of the 'recipe' to succeed. Mr. Cupples regularly points out that the book's logic is perfectly practical. I agree! It is a new year now and if your head space is ready to start making a healthy, weight loss change, this book is for you! The author also points out that you may not be ready for lifelong change if you just want to lose weight and get back to 'normal'.... be Very easy to read and follow the logic of this book. I have read and tried many diets. This book is simply stating the basics of the 'recipe' to succeed. Mr. Cupples regularly points out that the book's logic is perfectly practical. I agree! It is a new year now and if your head space is ready to start making a healthy, weight loss change, this book is for you! The author also points out that you may not be ready for lifelong change if you just want to lose weight and get back to 'normal'.... because 'normal' up to now may be an overweight obese person...and you don't want that! This book points out strategies for people with feelings (we are not robots, as the author points out). I am also glad to read that the author has been on the diet/weight loss journey as well. He shares his success with us in this book. I read it in a day! Now, is the time for doing! Thank you Mark and Goodreads for sending me this book for an honest review!
