I was given this book for review. To be honest, I don't currently own an air fryer but am interested in getting one due to the health benefits of cooking this way. I was interested in seeing the techniques and the different kinds of recipes. This book covers a much broader array of foods than I imagined could be made using the air fryer. The instructions are simple and clear and the photographs are beautiful. I went to college in Boston for awhile and even in the mid-90's Todd English was a forc I was given this book for review. I read this book on my iPad and I found that it wasn't formatted well for it. Regardless of whether I held my iPad horizontally or vertically, the recipes sprawled over different pages ... it would have been nice if all the information was viewable on the screen rather than being cut off to another page (I wasn't able to reduce the font size to make it fit).

This is one of the better air fryer cook books I have seen, at least according to recipes that look appetizing, are within limits of ingredients and don’t take forever. I mean that’s the whole reason we have the Instant pot and airfryer are to cook healthy meals for our families faster! We don’t want to spend an hour prepping a meal to cook it in 20 minutes. So I really like this book! I’m excited about the recipes.

This is a fairly good book for those starting out with an air fryer, in that it has a variety of recipes to suit many tastes with clear instructions. I liked that it had a number of familiar style recipes (country fried chicken, ribs, several flavors of pork chops and chicken, as well as side dishes such as flavored potato wedges) that help the newbie learn how to use this appliance with family-friendly recipes.
