    This book is packed with a lot of information for those beginning the keto diet. It has some good recipes and meal plans too. Good book to start out with in my opinion. I can't wait to try it out.

    Change in Eating Habits I was excited to read this book. I live in the USA and most of the recipes were in cups, pounds, tablespoons, teaspoons but some were missing ingriendients that were in the directions and there were some that were in Fahrenheit some in Celsius, the other recipes had mililiters and grams, it was not fun looking them up to understand the amounts of temperatures the recipes included or going back when a missing ingriedient showed up in the directions.     A basic read I have read better, this has too much focus on salmon. Many beginners don't have experience with it, or are leary of fish in general. There are so many more simple savory options which could get beginners into the lifestyle, I feel this is not worthy of more than 3 stars.
